Teaching skills that help develop Physical Literacy in children, ages 5 to 6
Physical literacy is the competence and confidence to lead a physically active life. For kids to get active – and stay active – they need to feel confident in various physical activity settings. Like learning the alphabet is essential to reading, learning movement and sport skills as a child is essential to their confidence in these settings.
Movement skills help a child move with that control and confidence, whether on the ground, in the water, on the snow and ice, or in the air. Using fun, games, play and activity around the fundamental movement skills, we’ll help to develop your kids’ physical literacy.
Improving fundamental athletic skills & self esteem for youth, ages 7 to 11
Science has proven that ages 7 to 12 are the most critical int a child's life for motor skill development. Jump Start utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your child's physical foundation, improve coordination and self-esteem through our signature speed and body weight strength training methods.
Develop and enhance athletic performance and overall fitness for youth, ages 12 to 18
Many experts view the ages of 12 to 18 as the most ideal ages for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete's entire lifetime. This program was developed using cutting-edge techniques to produce maximal improvements in athletic performance. The Total Performance Program is designed to improve speed, strength, agility, endurance, jumping ability and confidence.
PEAK - Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge
For elite athletes, ages 16-18, who aspire to compete at the highest levels
The PEAK program has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus and reach new heights of athletic performance. PEAK athletes are assigned to a specific Parisi Certified Performance Coach who monitors progress and plans progression programming specific to the athlete and his/her progress.
