Total Performance (Ages 12-17)

The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as it foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.

Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.

Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Many experts view the ages of 13 – 18 as the most ideal age for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime. It is during this program that the athlete and Parisi Performance Coach focus on the detailed, but critical specifics that are the basis for athletic success. The focus for the athlete in this program is developing from a good athlete to a great one!

Many experts view the ages of 12 to 18 as the most ideal ages for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime. This program was developed using cutting-edge techniques to produce maximal improvements in athletic performance.

Every athlete in the program must first complete our mandatory comprehensive evaluation to assess their strengths and weaknesses. After completing the initial evaluation, the athlete will be placed in one of two groups depending on performance level and age.

TP I

Athletes placed in this group are able to perform the basic requirements of our program and are at the beginner level for strength training. The typical age range for this group is 12-15.

TP II

Athletes in this group have a number of years of training experience and can now tolerate more intense levels of training. The typical age range for this group is 15-18.
