A large group offering designed to enhance muscular strength and mental toughness through detailed warm-ups, speed training, endurance training. Attendees are encouraged to compete with themselves and will be physically challenged in this training model, so if your looking to build strength, improve conditioning, lose fat and gain muscle, then give TFW a try.

The Training For Warriors System is a physical and mental training program originally created for fighters by Martin Rooney more than 10 years ago. This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs.
After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to have a “warrior” mentality. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level.
Our TFW STRENGTH – Compliment your metabolic conditioning and expedite your fitness goals with TFW Strength. Our team will guide you on a path to strength training success and safety from basic exercises to advanced movements and methodologies. Sessions are designed in an alternating set or circuit training format using a wide variety of exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, kettle bells, and med balls. Our strength sessions are designed to provide an intense interval based training experience.
TFW HURRICANE – Take your fitness to another level with our exclusive Hurricane. Originally designed for the world’s top combat athletes, it is now available for everyone to try. The “Hurricane” is the main form of metabolic training used in the TFW system and is currently being used by thousands of athletes worldwide! The disruption caused by Hurricane Training creates the stimulus of rebuilding that burns fat, builds muscle and targets your core! Every Hurricane also utilizes nine or more sets of intense cardiovascular training. So, if you’re looking to experience how a combat warrior trains, then we challenge you to come out and WEATHER the storm!
TFW WARRIOR CONDITIONING A combination of metabolic resistance and strength conditioning exercises used to develop you into a mature, highly disciplined and fully capable warrior. Classes are designed to acclimate you to the mindset of a warrior before graduating you to TFW Strength. A number of different energy system exercises performed back to back with little rest for a set time period. A circuit commonly uses anywhere from 5-10 exercises. This class will improve your conditioning as well as burn fat and improve power and stamina.
