8 Week Transformation
“Lose fat, gain muscle…feel better!” Time to transform your life. For those who are new to the world of health and fitness or those returning from a really long break, we are here to jump start your path to success.
Members are encouraged to train at their own pace, but will be inspired to embrace the energy of the class and work harder. This eight-week process begins with nutritional coaching and a fitness evaluation created to achieve your goals one step at a time.
Weekly physical challenges and effort are tracked to ensure periodic goals are met. Multiple workout variations, before and after photos, daily motivational messaging and heart rate variability (HRV) are also utilized to maintain momentum. If program guidelines are followed, members are guaranteed to get faster and stronger and will have a re-evaluation test scores to prove it.
